The caf\u00e9 will feature a menu of freshly made food, including all-day breakfast, salads, toasts, and afternoon tea, within its 4,766 sq ft space.<\/p>\n<p>Nick Burn, managing director of Boswells, expressed: \u201cWith over 18 caf\u00e9s across the South of the UK, we have long wished to come to Basingstoke. Festival Place, as the heart of the town\u2019s retail and leisure offerings, is the perfect location, and we\u2019re excited to introduce our family-run concept to a new audience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Heavenly Desserts will also join the center for the first time, presenting a menu of hand-crafted desserts that includes various cakes, tarts, crepes, waffles, and beverages like milkshakes, smoothies, and lemonades, all from its 1,300 sq ft location.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Wagamama has decided to expand its current premises, taking up a total of 3,900 sq ft and accommodating 46 more diners.<\/p>\n<p>Sita Wood, head of regional marketing at Wagamama, stated: \u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to be upsizing our Festival Place Wagamama restaurant. The additional seating will allow us to meet local demand and serve our bowls to even more of our valued customers. We can\u2019t wait to welcome our guests and showcase our brand new look.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Poppy Radford, asset manager at Sovereign Centros from CBRE, commented: \u201cAt Festival Place, we are dedicated to not only bringing in new brands to diversify our offerings but also to supporting existing tenants, giving them the opportunity to invest and grow.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis latest trio of deals demonstrates our ongoing commitment, with Boswells and Heavenly Desserts introducing two new hospitality options and Wagamama\u2019s forthcoming expansion further enhancing the center\u2019s restaurant offerings.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Boswells, Heavenly Desserts, and Wagamama are preparing to open new branches at the shopping hub in Basingstoke.
