This location will join K\u00eau\u2019s existing restaurants in The City, Shoreditch, and Soho. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am thrilled to bring the K\u00eau brand to Borough, an area that mirrors the vibrant atmosphere in Saigon,\u201d says Hieu Bui, founder of K\u00eau. <\/p>\n<p>The venue will feature a fresh design inspired by ancient Saigon, showcasing traditional colors and patterns from the region. Inspired by Vietnam&#8217;s late-night noodle bars, the \u2018authentic yet comfortable space\u2019 will be spread across two levels, with a long table in the downstairs area accommodating up to 12 diners. <\/p>\n<p>The menu will highlight hand-pulled egg noodles made on-site and h\u1ee7 ti\u1ebfu rice vermicelli noodles imported from Saigon. Additionally, there will be a variety of rice bowls, b\u00e1nh m\u00ec sandwiches, and rotating daily specials. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe expanded menu we have created will introduce more of Saigon\u2019s street food favorites to the capital, in a location that is central to London\u2019s food scene,\u201d Bui adds. \u201cWe hope to continue spreading the love for Vietnamese cuisine and culture through K\u00eau\u2019s newest opening, providing a fresh and exciting destination for food enthusiasts in London.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Vietnamese Kitchen\u2019s portfolio also includes Cay Tre, with locations in Hoxton and Soho, as well as Viet Grill in Shoreditch.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The new restaurant on Borough High Street will boast an expanded menu with a greater selection of noodles and rice dishes.
