The family plans to invest \u00a3250,000 in the site, which has been closed since 2020, and anticipate the project will create 60 new jobs. \u201cAfter considering this location for about a year, we’re thrilled to announce that The Crab & Lobster Fish Shack is on its way to South Queensferry,\u201d says Bryan Coghill, who runs the business with his pastry chef son, Jack.<\/p>\n
Bryan believes this area of South Queensferry, with its excellent infrastructure and proximity to hundreds of new homes, is ideal and holds great potential. Despite the current challenging conditions in the hospitality sector, he is optimistic about this new venture, building on the success of Jack \u2018O\u2019 Bryan\u2019s in Dunfermline.<\/p>\n
A respected chef in Scotland, Bryan has spent 40 years in the industry, with previous projects like Edinburgh\u2019s Black Pig.
