For example, we\u2019re only open four days a week, Christmas and New Year off\u2026 while paying the Brighton living wage as an entry-level salary.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Julia Jones<\/strong>, representing Nestl\u00e9 Professional, emphasizes the brand&#8217;s commitment to developing young talent through sustainability and education initiatives. She states, \u201cIt\u2019s vital to attract young people to the industry when they are still in school because if they aren\u2019t exposed to hospitality as a career early on, they simply won\u2019t consider it.\u201d Initiatives like the Nestl\u00e9 Professional Toque d\u2019Or\u00ae and collaborations with programs like Springboard\u2019s CareerScope have been key in inspiring future generations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Martin McDonald<\/strong> elaborates on how Sodexo\u2019s apprenticeship programs are helping cultivate a workforce prepared for the future.
