The brand recently presented itself at a franchise expo in the United States.
Doner Shack has moved its headquarters to Miami in anticipation of its launch in the U.S.
The company made its debut at Franchise Expo South, the largest franchise exhibition in the southern U.S., which took place in Florida on September 6 and 7.
“Our participation at the Florida Expo was a tremendous success, granting Doner Shack invaluable visibility as we enter the U.S. market. The warm reception has strengthened our resolve to expand across the States,” stated Laura Bruce, a co-founder of Doner Shack.
“As we introduce Doner Shack to the U.S., our focus is on forging strong partnerships and establishing a lasting footprint in the American QSR market,” added co-founder Sanjeev Sanghera.
At the exhibition, Doner Shack introduced several menu adaptations for the U.S. audience, including offerings like loaded fries and chicken tenders.
Thiago Vilas Boas, the head of operations, utilized the opportunity to engage with various suppliers and distributors in preparation for their inaugural U.S. location.
“We are excited about opening our first U.S. restaurant in 2025, with plans for many more across the nation,” expressed Sanjeev.
