Little Earthquakes is set to launch a gourmet pizza concept at the Burnt Faith Brandy House Bar in Walthamstow, starting October 19th. The initiative, led by renowned chef Neil Rankin and the founders of From The Ashes BBQ, Martin Anderson and Curtis Bell, aims to blend innovative culinary techniques with nostalgic flavors.

Over the next six months, this creative team will redefine the pizza experience along London’s Blackhorse Road Beer Mile. Their menu will feature 6” deep pan pizzas that are rich in cheese and bold flavors, inspired by Rankin’s childhood favorites from Pizza Hut and Chicago Town. Each pizza will offer a 360-degree cheese experience, complemented by umami-rich sauces and sustainably sourced ingredients, including wild farmed flour, Cobble Lane Cured salami, and fresh produce from Natoora. Additionally, guests can savor curated charcuterie boards and flavorful salads, all made with sustainability in mind.

Little Earthquakes will operate Thursday through Sunday, with limited serving times from 7-9pm due to the intricate dough preparation required for these unique pizzas. The Burnt Faith Brandy House Bar emphasizes local spirits and features a full cocktail menu crafted with innovative, locally-sourced ingredients.

Neil Rankin shares his vision, stating, “Little Earthquakes is a new pizza concept designed to evoke the nostalgia of my youth. I aimed to create a gourmet 2024 reboot of a Chicago-style pizza, using wild farmed flour, a sourdough starter, and exceptional flavors. Our pizzas are generously covered with cheese on all sides, resulting in a crispy, fluffy pizza experience that offers a delightful mix of textures.”

The Burnt Faith Brandy House Bar recently celebrated its first anniversary, and Simon Wright, the founder, expressed excitement about enhancing the food offerings alongside the bar’s dedication to local products. He noted, “Neil is a long-time friend who has previously collaborated with us, so it made sense to partner with him. His innovative approach to pizza is complex and requires premium local ingredients, but the result is truly worth the effort.”

Join us for an extraordinary culinary experience as Little Earthquakes and Burnt Faith unite to introduce a fresh twist to London’s vibrant food scene. The opening night on October 19th will feature a special offer of 50% off all food.

Location: Burnt Faith Brandy House Bar, 57 Sutherland Rd, London E17 6BH.
