Rimini, Palacongressi – Hospitality Day, the annual event focused on tourism, hospitality, and future trends in the accommodation sector, is set to take place for its eleventh edition at the Palacongressi in Rimini on October 8, 2024.

As the most significant event in Italy’s hospitality industry, Hospitality Day covers essential content, themes, and trends on emerging issues, successful case studies, and future visions. Organized by Teamwork Hospitality, a Rimini-based consultancy and training company with over twenty years of expertise in tourism and hospitality, it serves as a benchmark for the national sector, gathering thousands of hoteliers in a single day.

This event fosters meetings, networking, and the exchange of ideas regarding current and future perspectives, bringing together tourism operators, accommodation facility owners and managers, entrepreneurs, and consultants to discuss experiences, develop strategies, and explore the latest industry trends.

Attendees can gain inspiration and insights from distinguished speakers and industry professionals discussing topics such as Sales and Business Development, Automation and Digital Innovation, Leadership and Team Management, Customer Loyalty and Reputation, Marketing and Communication, Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability and Inclusive Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Hotel Design.

With 15 training rooms, 8 thematic arenas, 250 exhibitors, and a 5,000-square-meter networking space, Hospitality Day features over 180 presentations by 200 national and international speakers. In 2023, it welcomed more than 5,000 registered visitors, connecting prestigious companies in the sector with key hospitality players.

Among the 8 thematic arenas are the Design Cafe, to inspire innovative hotel projects; the Communication Arena, offering guidance from top creatives; the Housekeeping Arena, focusing on best practices in housekeeping; the Food & Beverage Arena with restaurant professionals; the Revenue and Technology Arena, discussing data and online distribution; the Hotel of the Future Arena for renovation strategies; the People Have the Power Arena on human resources and future skills; and the Voice of the Hotelier, featuring testimonials from successful entrepreneurs.

Hospitality Day reaffirms its role as a continuous training opportunity, featuring industry experts sharing technical, practical insights, demonstrations, and stories of innovation, along with many tangible successes from hoteliers and exhibitors.

The event’s speaker lineup aims to address the most pressing topics, exploring current issues and anticipating market trends. Confirmed speakers for the eleventh edition include renowned figures such as Umberto Galimberti (philosopher and psychoanalyst), Edoardo Raspelli (journalist and food critic), Bruno Vanzan (world champion bartender), Paolo Cevoli (comedian), Diego Renda (hotel quality expert), Gian Paolo Venier (architect), Davide Bertozzi (copywriter), Eva Codina Candelich (general manager of Casa di Langa), and Ilaria Bigliazzi (HR director at Il Borro Toscana).
