The French chef, renowned for his fusion restaurants and patisseries in Paris, Saint-Tropez, and London, has collaborated with a high fashion brand to introduce a café at its new airport store. The all-day menu features ‘healthy, classic, and gourmand options,’ including royal eggs, croissants, fruit plates, and avocado toast, alongside Lignac’s signature dishes such as crab salad, croque monsieur, lobster roll, beetroot salad with goat cheese, and Caesar salad. Desserts include Louis Vuitton patisseries and a mango Eton mess. Louis Vuitton now operates over 20 restaurants, cafés, chocolate shops, and airport lounges, including Le Café V in Ginza and Gaggan at Louis Vuitton in Bangkok. This new concept marks its debut in the UK.
