Boxcar Group has unveiled its latest venue, Bread and Wine, located in Connaught Village, Hyde Park, London. This all-day dining spot will feature 70 covers spread across indoor and outdoor seating. Head chef Zisis Gkalmpenis will manage both the daytime and evening menus, while the pastry selection will be curated by executive pastry chef Liza Kermanidou.
This opening comes after a successful period for existing Boxcar locations, which have seen a year-on-year revenue growth of 24% and an impressive EBITDA growth of 200%.
