The Country Range Group is excited to announce the appointment of Tracey Redfearn as its new Head of Marketing (Interim), beginning on 7th October. Redfearn joins the Group at a dynamic time, following an increase in membership. She will collaborate with a skilled marketing team, leveraging her extensive experience to enhance ongoing campaigns and develop innovative strategies.

With a career spanning 34 years across various sectors such as retail, wholesale, trading, and brand management, Redfearn is well-suited for this role. Her deep industry knowledge and robust commercial relationships will support the marketing team and the broader business. Her expertise is crucial for strengthening supplier relationships, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to the Group’s ambitious growth objectives, including a target of £1 billion in sales turnover.

On her new role, Redfearn shared her enthusiasm: “Joining the leadership team at CRG presents an exciting opportunity to leverage my previous experience while re-engaging with a vibrant sector and familiar member businesses. The group’s performance in 2024 demonstrates its commitment to enhancing member benefits and fostering continued growth. I look forward to being part of these exciting times.”

CRG Chief Executive Martin Ward expressed his excitement as well: “We’re delighted to have Tracey join the CRG family. Her extensive background in retail and wholesale will be invaluable in supporting our members and achieving our goals into 2025. I’m eager to work closely with her as a member of our leadership team.”

With her considerable experience and strong industry connections, Tracey Redfearn is poised to positively impact the Country Range Group, aiding in its ongoing success and enhancing its position within the wholesale sector.
