The menu features a variety of items including bagels, buttermilk pancakes with various toppings, chicken parm triple stack, and mozzarella sticks. Additional options include baked pretzels accompanied by cheese fondue, honey mustard, and gherkin dip, as well as hot cookie dough served with melting vanilla ice cream.
This announcement comes after research indicating that customers believe the restaurant excels in many areas but should reconnect with its New York-Italian inspirations and bold flavors. Debbie Husband, managing director of Frankie & Benny’s, stated, “Over the last year we have stabilized the business and got the engine ticking well; now it’s about driving awareness and connecting with customers to foster growth and progress.”
