Bagatelle London has reopened after a brief summer closure for an interior redesign. Sam Baron, who led the design team, has previously consulted for renowned brands including Pierre Frey, Dior Maison, Diptyque, Vista Alegre, and Hennessy. He has also been behind the designs of Bagatelle locations in St. Tropez, St. Barths, Bodrum, and Doha.
Alongside the redesign, a revamped menu has been introduced, created by global corporate chef Rocco Seminara and newly appointed London executive chef Giuseppe Strippoli. Aymeric Clemente, founder and CEO, expressed excitement for the new project, describing the dining room as sophisticated and stylish, inviting guests to enjoy both classic and innovative offerings.
Seminara remarked on the restaurant’s commitment to providing a refined dining experience, blending tradition with innovation. He highlighted the collaborative nature of menu creation, emphasizing the teamwork involved in brainstorming, refining, and testing dishes to achieve perfect taste and presentation.
