The Ivy Collection has announced the opening of The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie on October 29, 2024, which will be celebrated with a spectacular town crier parade through Canterbury. This lively event will include a performance by a brass band, adding excitement to the historic city streets.

The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie, the 41st restaurant in The Ivy Collection, will become a new highlight in Canterbury’s dining scene, featuring 180 covers, a stylish bar, an outdoor terrace, and a private dining room.

Guests can look forward to a diverse menu that pairs timeless classics with modern flavors using local and seasonal ingredients. The drink offerings will include locally sourced beverages like English Sparkling Wine, cider, and Pleasant Land spirits from Kent. The brasserie’s elegant interior will embody the brand’s signature style, making it an ideal venue for any occasion, from casual lunches to special celebrations. It will be conveniently located at the corner of The Parade and Rose Lane.

General Manager Diogo Bolan, who has experience from The Ivy Wimbledon, expressed excitement about the upcoming opening: “We are thrilled to bring the iconic Ivy experience to Canterbury. The city is known for its rich heritage and vibrant community, and it’s the perfect setting for our next chapter. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable dining moments, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone on October 29.”
