Savage Eats, a new burger concept created in partnership with Revolution, has debuted at the chain’s Sheffield city centre location. Positioned as “smash burgers with bite,” Savage Eats captures the essence of the pop-up and residency food trend, offering a distinct atmosphere that diverges from traditional dining experiences. This Sheffield launch marks the beginning, with plans for expansion into additional UK branches in the near future.

The Savage Eats menu, crafted by burger aficionados, features over ten burger variations, utilizing a blend of flank, chuck, and beef brisket for the smash patties. The standout burger, The OG, showcases smash patties with Monterey Jack and American cheese, fresh lettuce, pickles, and a house burger sauce. Another highlight, The Hell Fire burger, includes double jalapeño smash, Mexicana hot cheese, chipotle cheese sauce, habanero mayo, red onion, lettuce, and a trio of chillies.

For those seeking unique flavors, the Smokin’ BBQ Bun combines a patty with smoky pancetta, BBQ sauce, lettuce, pickles, pulled pork, chorizo, Monterey Jack cheese, and homemade pork scratchings. Additionally, the Seoul Destroyer features buttermilk fried chicken with Gochujang honey, kimchi slaw, Gochujang mayo, and kale, while the Chippy Tea burger presents beer-battered fish accompanied by mushy peas, lettuce, pickles, and tartare sauce.

Savage Eats also offers sides such as fries or tater tots, onion rings, corn ribs, frickles, and more. To enhance the dining experience, guests can enjoy doughnuts from Planet Doughnut and a selection of shakes, including biscoff, white chocolate, and iced coffee. The menu includes various veggie, vegan, and gluten-free burger options as well.

Elvij Susts, general manager of Revolution Bars Group PLC, expressed excitement about the launch: “We are delighted to be launching Savage Eats at Revolution Sheffield. Revolution is renowned as a fun cocktail bar, but collaborations like Savage Eats are really flipping the script on our food and drink offering. It brings together our passion for creative dining and our commitment to creating fun, memorable experiences for guests. The launch of Savage Eats at Revolution Sheffield is just the starting point for this collaboration, so expect to see these incredible burgers popping up across the rest of the UK soon.”
