This initiative aims to reduce hiring time, lower job advertising expenses, and enhance recruitment for challenging positions. Chipotle Mexican Grill has partnered with Paradox to introduce an AI platform, “Ava Cado,” designed to streamline the hiring process for its restaurant teams.
Ava will facilitate the hiring experience by engaging with candidates, addressing their inquiries about Chipotle, gathering essential information, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, and sending out offers to selected candidates.
This innovation allows Chipotle’s general managers to dedicate less time to administrative duties, such as collecting candidate information and managing interview schedules. The conversational AI technology is anticipated to cut the hiring time for in-restaurant roles by up to 75%.
Ava is capable of communicating in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, and German. Paradox is being rolled out in phases across over 3,500 restaurant locations in Europe and North America, with completion expected this month.
