Parisian chef Cyril Lignac has announced the opening of a new café in partnership with Louis Vuitton at Terminal 2 of London Heathrow Airport. Located in a “futuristic” open-air pavilion, Le Café Cyril Lignac at Louis Vuitton is adjacent to a new Louis Vuitton store, featuring an “aerodynamic” façade designed by renowned architect Marc Fornes.
To cater to travelers throughout the day, the café offers both counter service and table seating. Lignac has crafted an all-day menu with healthy, classic, and gourmet dishes, featuring options like eggs royale, curried crab salad, croque-monsieur, and lobster roll. The café also offers pastries, including a Louis Vuitton pastry and Eton Mess.
In an Instagram post, Lignac expressed his excitement, stating: “I’m delighted with this new experience we’re creating for travellers.”
