The Coconut Tree (TCT) is bringing a South Asian twist to the traditional Christmas Dinner this winter with their highly anticipated Christmas menu and festive packages. The TCT chefs have crafted an exciting selection of festive dishes that promise to tantalize your taste buds. Featuring a blend of traditional Sri Lankan offerings and classic Christmas favorites, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

The festive menu showcases:

Ho-Ho-Hoppers (V/VG & GF) – Celebrate the season with TCT’s unique beetroot version of their famous bowl-shaped coconut milk pancakes. Accompanied by cranberry lunu miris (cranberry and onion relish), curry leaf and coconut sambol, and caramelized onions with a hint of Sri Lankan cinnamon, this dish is sure to brighten your festivities.

Turkey Baubles – Delight in TCT’s crunchy fried balls filled with premium British minced turkey, bursting with rich island flavors. Pair them with cranberry sauce for an extra festive touch!

Sri Lankan Style Split Sprouts & Cashews (VG & GF) – Enjoy a culinary treat with fresh, pan-fried sprouts tossed with cashews, onions, garlic, and a piquant TCT chili mix.

Devilled Pigs in Blankets – Relish the festive warmth with TCT’s succulent sausages wrapped in bacon, pan-fried with banana peppers, onions, red chillies, and TCT devil sauce.

Christmas Kotthu – Dive into TCT’s mouthwatering slow-cooked beef brisket, infused with vibrant Sri Lankan spices and elevated with cranberries. A must-try for meat enthusiasts!

Christmas Cake and Ice Cream (V) – Conclude your meal with TCT’s Sri Lankan-style Christmas cake featuring cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, dried fruits, cherries, and nuts, served alongside vanilla ice cream for the perfect festive dessert.

Salted Caramel Ice Cream with Raspberry Dust (VG & GF) – A treat for vegans and ice cream aficionados alike, this handcrafted dessert comes with raspberry dust.
