ASK Italian, a prominent brand in the UK’s casual dining scene, has launched its brand-new autumn/winter menu this week across all 66 locations.

The new seasonal menu reflects ASK Italian’s dedication to continuously enhancing their varied offerings for customers. It features the brand’s unique take on classic Italian-inspired dishes, alongside a new selection of signature cocktails and desserts that are sure to impress. The menu highlights the indulgent flavours of the season, incorporating comforting ingredients ranging from rich chocolate dishes to beloved favorites and exciting new items.

In the development of the menu, the ASK Italian team conducted extensive research to understand consumer desires and to attract a new loyal following. Their efforts have culminated in a menu that satisfies the craving for Italian-inspired cuisine while injecting more vibrancy into the UK casual dining experience.

A standout new item is ASK’s signature dessert called ‘The Lemon’ – a deconstructed cheesecake presented as a 3D lemon-shaped white chocolate shell that diners can crack open to enjoy. The shell is perched on a Lotus biscuit base and topped with luscious vanilla cheesecake cream, served in a martini glass.

Another highlight is Chocolate Falls, a rich dessert featuring brownie bites, traditional vanilla gelato, and toffee popcorn, which is enhanced by warm toffee sauce poured over a glittery chocolate dome for a memorable experience.

The beverage offerings have also received an update, introducing visually appealing cocktails such as the Candy Cloud Bramble, garnished with vibrant pink cotton candy.

Additionally, non-alcoholic drink options have been expanded, with choices like Strawberry Sparkle, a refreshing blend of strawberry syrup, lemon juice, and soda water, served with popping boba for a fun twist.

Katy Pigg, ASK Italian Food Development Manager, shared her excitement about the launch, stating, “We’re thrilled to unveil our new autumn/winter menu, showcasing our ASK for Better commitment to enhancing the ASK experience for our customers, offering something for everyone. Customers will be captivated by our interactive desserts and cocktails, including ‘The Lemon’ and ‘Chocolate Falls,’ along with the ‘Candy Cloud Bramble’ topped with candy floss.”

Pigg added that their popular nduja dough bites now feature a new pesto & mozzarella option, aiming to resonate with guests while providing fresh and exciting offerings.

The new menu also aligns with ASK’s commitment to sustainability through its ASK for Better initiative, which focuses on improving practices across people, planet, and plate, and includes efforts to decrease its carbon footprint. An example includes their partnership with Wildfarmed, making ASK Italian the only national restaurant in the UK to use 100% of Wildfarmed’s regenerative flour in all pizza dough.

ASK Italian’s new autumn/winter menu is now available at all locations throughout England, Scotland, and Wales.
